Course Overview

Communication skill is ranked as the number one skills for leadership.  Employees in leadership positions are expected to be highly competent at listening to ideas, correctly interpreting what is being communicated, presenting ideas, giving clear directions, and   explaining procedures, results and missions.  In today’s flatter, more collaborative organizational structures, employees are constantly under the pressure to translate         innovative ideas into actions quickly, they must expand their repertoire of communication and leadership skills.Effective communication skills are neither an inherited ability nor an elaborate art form; it is a learned skill developed through planning and practices.  Effective communication skills lubricate the organization’s operations, foster collaboration, initiatives, involvements and commitments from others.  It has the ability to attract others to be constructive and productive, especially when working in teams or with customers.This training program provides the foundation: basic principles, techniques, key action   processes and practices for you to acquire effective communication skills.  You will learn these essential skills through interactive exercises, active group discussion/discourses,    video, role-play scenarios and presentations.  This is a skill-building training program and is highly recommended for all employees, especially those in leadership position.
